Do I need to know HTML or Liquid?
No. The visual editor handles normal document design. An optional advanced code view exists for experienced users, but it is not required.
Does Docket create a new login?
No. Docket opens inside Shopify Admin and uses Shopify sign-in, so there is no separate password to manage.
Can I check an email before it reaches a customer?
Yes. Choose a real order as preview data and send a test to an address you control before activating automatic delivery.
What happens if I try the same invoice again?
Docket reuses the invoice number already assigned to that order and document type. It does not create a second number just because delivery needs another attempt.
