Print or export many orders

Use Orders for filters and selection, then open Bulk exports to create the file. Large work runs in the background, so closing the page does not cancel it.

Filter orders

Available filters include date range, payment status, fulfillment status, tags, location, sales channel, destination country, text search, and Shopify saved search. Choose all matching when the export should include results beyond the current page.

Choose an output

• Merged PDF: one printable file containing every document.
• ZIP: individual PDFs with the configured naming pattern.
• CSV: order data for spreadsheets, accounting checks, or other business tools.

File-name placeholders include {order_number}, {invoice_number}, {date}, {customer_name}, and {doc_type}. Docket automatically removes characters that cannot be used in file names.

Follow progress

Recent exports shows each step while Docket finds orders, creates documents, combines files, and finishes the download. You can optionally enter an email address to receive a secure, time-limited download link when the file is ready.

If Docket needs to try again

Docket remembers which orders are finished. If something interrupts the export, it continues with the unfinished orders and keeps any invoice numbers already assigned. The export is marked complete only after every order is finished.

Download and retention

Use Download inside Docket. Links sent by email expire, and Docket keeps export files only for the period stated in the privacy policy. Save any file your business needs to keep longer.

If an export stops

Do not start the same export again immediately. Refresh the page and check its current step. Docket may take longer when another service is unavailable. If the export still fails after several attempts, send your .myshopify.com store address, export ID, time, and support code to Docket support. Do not include the export file or customer data.
